Where do you ship from?
Germany & China (We will choose the best shipping location based on the customer's delivery location and the product's inventory status. We are committed to providing the best service to our customers.)

How long does it take to receive my order?
Your order will take 1-2 business days to process after you submit it. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped and will take an additional 3-7 business days depending on which state you live in.

Do you also deliver abroad?
No, we only ship within Germany and not to PO boxes (sorry, but we cannot ship our items to PO boxes, period).
If you would like to have your items shipped to America, please order through the Merach US site (https://merachfit.com/).

How or where do I get proof of purchase?
Your proof of purchase is nothing more than a receipt. This proof of purchase must include an order number, an item number, the customer's address, the date of sale and the date of shipment. Since your purchase was made online, you can contact Merach info@merachfit.de to obtain your receipts.
When will my credit card or payment method be charged?
You will be charged at the time of ordering so that we can begin processing your order and prepare the items for shipment.
It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order, however during high demand or peak seasons it may take 2-7 business days after your payment is processed before your order is shipped.
How long does it take to receive my item after ordering?

I tried to use a coupon code but it didn't work. Why can't I use my code?
There are several possible reasons why a voucher code did not work in your shopping cart. The voucher codes we offer on our website can usually only be used once per customer, so if you have used the code before, it cannot be used again. Another reason could be that the voucher has expired. Vouchers also cannot be combined with other offers.
Can I use a voucher for a previous order?
Voucher codes are not valid for previous purchases and cannot be added retrospectively by you or the Merach team. The voucher code must be entered at checkout to be applied.
I just placed an order today and would like to change my order. Can I do that?
If you have not yet received an email from us telling you that the order has been shipped, we can still make changes. However, once the item has left our premises and is in the hands of the carrier, there is nothing we can do. You must follow the return instructions in our return policy and send the item back to make changes. I just placed an order online, but right after... I received an email saying my order was cancelled. What happened?
There are many reasons why this could have happened:
- Sometimes an item is out of stock at the time you purchased it. Our inventory says we have it, but it's not there. It happens to the best of us.
- We do not ship to PO boxes and our web system will detect this and cancel your order automatically.
- You have been blacklisted as a customer and are no longer allowed to shop with us.

Do you offer free returns?
No, unfortunately not. If the item you just received has problems, arrives damaged or is not working, you obviously do not have to pay for the return. The return is free for you. However, if you want to return an item that is in 100% working condition, we will still be happy to accept the return. However, we will not cover the return shipping costs.

Do your products need to be assembled?
Most of our equipment requires assembly. These items are shipped from the factory tightly and securely packaged and require assembly. This is the best way for the customer to receive their item in a way that prevents it from being damaged during transit.
How do I get help with assembly?
All our products come with assembly instructions in the user manual. If you need further help, you can always email us: info@merachfit.de
My item arrived damaged! What should I do?
First, take a deep breath. It's hard for the big shipping companies to deliver heavy packages perfectly in Germany every time. We recommend opening the box and taking a look inside. The items are packed quite well inside. Just because the box is dented on the outside doesn't mean that the contents are also damaged.
If you notice a problem, contact us immediately. Don't start disassembling the item and packing things back into the box yet. Contact us first to see if there is an easier solution. Unfortunately, any purchases made from unauthorized dealers are excluded from the Merach manufacturer warranty. If you require assistance, you will need to contact the unauthorized dealer and work with them to obtain assistance.
