Merach warrants that your Merach product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period if you use, operate and maintain it in accordance with the instructions provided. Should any quality issues arise during the warranty period due to defects in materials or workmanship, Merach promises to repair it free of charge. All warranty and repair services are provided in accordance with Merach's warranty policy, which is consistent with quality standards and craftsmanship practices. Merach's limited warranty policy applies exclusively to Merach products purchased through Merach's official channels or authorized dealers. The after-sales warranty services offered by Merach are limited and not unlimited. It is important that you read this warranty policy carefully to understand the terms, situations, cost sharing, risks and other details regarding Merach's repair services.
warranty period
The effective warranty period begins on the day the user receives the product and ends at 24:00 on the day before the product exceeds the warranty period. If the user cannot provide a specific date of receipt, the warranty period will be determined based on the invoice issue date or order purchase date provided by the user. If the user cannot provide a valid invoice or other valid proof of purchase along with the order information, the warranty period begins 30 days after the product delivery date. The components replaced during the warranty period are the property of Merach.

The free repair service must meet the following conditions
1. Merach products purchased from official Merach channels such as merachfit.com, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.
Products that demonstrate non-human-caused performance defects within the specified warranty period.
2. Products purchased for personal or domestic use (for commercial purposes, a separate purchase agreement and warranty conditions must be agreed with Merach).
3. No unauthorized disassembly, modification or installation not according to the official instructions and no other non-human-caused faults.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number, invoice or receipt) and the product SN (serial number) must be presented.
The scope of the warranty does not cover the following
The Merach warranty does not apply to non-Merach hardware products or software (even if packaged or given away with Merach hardware). Merach is not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow the instructions for use for Merach products or for any loss of data or damage caused by the product. The warranty does not cover the following situations:
1. Damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited to operator error.
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or disassembly not in accordance with official instructions.
2. Damage caused by improper installation, use or removal or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
3. Damage caused by unauthorized service providers.
4. Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modifications, mismatched or incorrectly used batteries and chargers.
5. Damage caused by training not carried out in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual.
6. Damage caused by exposing the product to extreme environments, such as high temperatures or corrosive environments.
7. Damage caused by operating the product in an environment subject to electromagnetic interference or other interference from wireless devices.
8. Damage caused by operating the product beyond the initial strength specified in the manual.
9. Damage caused by forced exercise due to aging or damaged parts.
10. Damage resulting from reliability or compatibility issues with unauthorized third-party parts.
11. Damage caused by operating the device with inadequate or defective batteries.
12. Any loss of data or damage resulting from failure to operate the product in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
13. Software programs, whether supplied with the product or installed subsequently.
14. Direct or indirect damage caused by the installation or removal of the product, such as damage to other personal belongings, walls or floors.
15. Wear and tear, metal rust and performance deterioration due to normal use of the product.
16. Damage caused by force majeure, such as fire, flood, earthquake or power failure.
17. Damage resulting from use of the product for commercial purposes, such as in fitness studios, hotels, apartment buildings or personal training studios.
18. Defects or defects in third-party products, including those incorporated into Merach products at your request.
19. Damage caused by technical or other support not provided by Merach, such as assistance with “how-to” questions or inaccurate product setup and installation.
20. Products or parts with altered or removed identification labels.
21. Cosmetic damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping factors, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and plastic discoloration.
22. Damage caused by intentional damage to the product or unauthorized modifications, including manipulation of product operating data.
How to claim warranty service
If the product fails to operate in accordance with the warranty terms within the warranty period, you must contact Merach at info@merachfit.de within 30 days of discovering the defect for customer service. To obtain warranty service, you must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number, invoice or receipt) and the product's SN number. Fees may apply for services not covered by Merach's limited warranty.

Please describe the problems with your product in detail when contacting Merach Customer Service.
Merach does not accept any products returned without authorization. All costs and consequences of an unauthorized return are the responsibility of the customer. 1. Initial troubleshooting: Merach will attempt to identify and resolve your issue by phone, email, online chat, or remote assistance. In some cases, Merach may recommend downloading and installing certain software updates. If these measures do not resolve the issue, you may be asked to send the product to Merach for further inspection. Merach will inspect the returned product and bear the cost of replacement, repair, and round-trip transportation if the product is found to have a performance defect not caused by human factors within the warranty period. If the product does not meet the conditions for a free warranty after inspection, we will charge a corresponding inspection fee, spare parts fee, shipping fee, labor fee, and tax based on the specific inspection results. 2. Repair services: Within the warranty period (for non-human problems), Merach provides free repair parts.
3. Repair and replacement options: Depending on the type of damage, Merach offers repair services that include repairing defective parts or replacing them with refurbished items of the same type. These refurbished parts have been tested to ensure that their functionality and appearance are equivalent to new parts. Replaced parts may have different serial numbers. The replaced products or parts will be covered by the same warranty as the original product for the remaining warranty period.
General statements
1. Non-transferable warranty: Merach's limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If you sell the product, the limited warranty will not be transferred to the new user. For products purchased as a gift, the limited warranty will apply to the owner of the original application account associated with the product. Replacement products will not be provided with a new warranty, but will carry the remaining warranty period of the original product and the same warranty services will apply.
2. Product Diagnosis: Merach will diagnose returned products. If the defective product is covered by the limited warranty, Merach will cover the cost of replacement, repair, and round-trip transportation.
3. Normal wear and tear: As exercise use increases, the resistance cable and pulleys may show signs of wear due to long-term friction. This is considered normal wear and tear and not a defect in materials or workmanship. In the interest of your exercise experience and safety, please check the appearance of the resistance cable regularly. If you notice any abnormal conditions such as thinning, cracking, broken strands or fraying, stop exercising immediately and contact Merach (email: info@merachfit.de) to find the best solution.
4. Proper Packaging: If you need to return the product to Merach for repair, please contact Merach for the correct packaging method. Please note that the product must be packed in its original packaging. During shipment, perform a safety check of the product to ensure that the packaging is intact and attach any special labels or instructions provided by Merach. Any damage resulting from improper packaging is the customer's responsibility. Before returning a product, you must contact Merach customer service and obtain authorization (email: info@merachfit.de).
5. Data backup: If the product stores user-created data, the data may be lost during repair. Therefore, please back up your data before sending the product for repair. The customer will be responsible for any data loss resulting from not backing up the data before repair.
Remove Custom Decorations: Before sending the product in for repair, please remove all customized decorations and items from the product (including but not limited to decorative stickers, pictures, etc.). Merach is not responsible for the damage or loss of these customized decorations and items.
6. Check upon receipt: Please check the product for any defects upon receipt. If there are any defects, please contact Merach customer service within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise the product will be considered intact and functional. Late reports will not be accepted. 7. Termination of Warranty: Merach reserves the right to terminate the warranty if you use the product contrary to the official instructions or user manual or if you use the product for illegal purposes.
