Return & Refund
Overview
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason (except for a change of mind), please contact our customer service via email within 30 days of receiving the product for a return and refund.
1. Please note that before returning the item, you must contact Merach by email (email: info@merachfit.de) and obtain authorization before you can initiate the return.
2. Return and cancellation:
You have the option to cancel the order before it is shipped, please contact our customer service by email.
Once you have received the shipping notification, please note that we are NO longer able to cancel or change orders, so please wait for your package to arrive and you can either keep it or contact us to request a refund.
3. Do not return the package yourself or drop it off at the sender's address. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
4. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your Merach shipment if you warrant a return.
5. Please describe the problem in the email.
6. Please wait for a response from our lovely Merach team, usually within 24 hours.
7. In the meantime, please keep the Merach delivery box in a cool and dry place to avoid damage.
8. Once approved, a shipping address and instructions will be emailed to the mailbox where you ordered a Merach.
9. Read the "Acceptable Conditions for Return"
Permissible return conditions
1. 30 days after receipt of the Merach product;
2. The product must be unused, free from dirt, dust and other contaminants and in the original packaging when you received it;
The customer is responsible for the return/exchange costs if:
1. Accidental order
2. Better price available
3. No reason given
4. No longer needed or desired
5. Incompatible or not useful for the intended purpose
6. Wrong style/size/color ordered
7. Damaged by the customer.
Please also ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it complies with the return conditions.
In case of return for personal reasons, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
Merach will bear all return/exchange costs including shipping fees if a major defect is found for which proof is provided; you can show the problem via email, either in the form of a picture or a video.
Our warranty policy takes effect upon receipt of the goods. If there is a minor defect, we will send the parts to the customer free of charge and the freight costs will be borne by Merach.

Unacceptable return conditions (including but not limited to)
1. Products from unauthorized dealers
2. The damage was caused by humans
3. Special Order
4. Sales items
5. Gifts or free items
Exchange for a new model (only for products without quality problems)
This condition only applies to unworn, unopened and unused products. Please also ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging.

3. Exchanges are no longer possible after 30 days.

Reimbursement for non-quality problems |
Refunds are only available within 30 days if the item is unworn, unopened, unused, free from wear, dirt, dust, perfume or other signs of use and the packaging and condition is in the same condition in which you received it and all items are included in the box. For non-defective products, we will deduct the shipping cost of the order and the cost of returning the product from your refund amount. |

If you believe your item is defective and was purchased from our authorized dealer within the last 1 year, please contact us at info@merachfit.de and provide us with photos or videos containing the actual defects as there may be a simple solution to your problem and Merach support team can provide you with technical solutions. |
For eligible returns or exchanges within 30 days, we require 1-3 business days to process a resolution after receiving your item.
After this time, we will refund the amount within 5-6 working days.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If so, a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please understand that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
How can I get the replacement/refund?
If you confirm that you want to return the goods and request a replacement or refund, you can contact our support team (info@merachfit.de) to obtain a return label. We will make the refund or send the replacement once we receive the returned package.

How Will We Answer

4. We will process the exchange within 1-3 business days. The refund will be processed within 5-6 business days to the customer's original method of payment.
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE A REFUND
Refunds to credit/debit cards usually take 5-6 business days, but it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company. If you paid with PayPal balance, the money will be refunded to your PayPal balance. Please contact Paypal or your credit/debit card bank for more information about the refund.

Cancellation is only possible if the moment at which the consumer initiates the cancellation is before the moment the goods are dispatched. Once the goods have been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.
We need 1-3 working days after receiving your goods to process the solution. After that, the refund will be processed within 5-6 working days.
