All delivery times are in working days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after a Friday will be processed on the next working day.

We have an overseas warehouse in Germany which enables fast delivery.

3. Order delivery area

Merach currently ships to Germany. If there are areas where our carriers cannot deliver, we will contact the buyer via email and arrange a refund. We offer free shipping within Germany.

4. Delivery times

We will ship your order within 24 hours whenever possible. After your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. We are unable to provide additional shipping information or documentation for third party shipping. All estimated delivery dates provided by Merach are based on estimates. Any changes made by the customer after the product has been shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, rescheduling an order, or updating shipping preferences, will void the option for replacement and/or refund if any issues arise.

5. Change of delivery address

Before your order is shipped, you can contact us to change the address. Once the package is shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please check if your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

6. Order tracking

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming your order details. Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your order number, carrier details, order date and time, order status and a package tracking number for the items shipped. To find out the exact location of your shipment, please track your shipments on the carrier's official website.

7. Lost packages

Merach is responsible for the delivery of your order. Delivery anomalies occur when a package gets temporarily stuck in transit for unforeseen reasons. Even with the most reliable e-commerce order tracking, a lot can happen to packages in transit. If the tracking information is not updated for more than 7 days or more after the order is shipped. 8. Taxes

Shipping costs do not include any applicable duties or taxes. Duties, customs and other import taxes are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer. We have little knowledge of the tax laws of a large number of countries and regions.
